FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Gradual improvement with Carroll football has been a hallmark since the hiring of Doug Dinan as coach two seasons ago.

And despite the losses of several key players from last season's 8-4 team, there is strong belief among the Chargers and their fans that even better things are coming this season.
