Whitko, Luers, Eastside First Round Playoff Winners

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Whitko, Bishop Luers, and Eastside moved to second round sectional play with wins on Friday night.

Alex Stoddard threw for a score and ran for another with 109 yards on the ground to lead Whitko to their 18-15 win at Concordia in 3A.

James Knapke became Bishop Luers ' all time passing yards leader with 199 yards in the air and three touchdowns, all to Michael Rogers, as Bishop Luers blew past Elwood 49-19 in 2A.

Austin Brow threw for 143 yards and ran for 87 more with a touchdown as Eastside slipped past Bluffton 16-13 in overtime in 2A.
