(Fort Wayne) - Bishop Luers standout junior forward DeShaun Thomas is the Indiana's NewsCenter Boys Basketball Player of the Year for the second straight year.

Thomas averaged almost 32 points and 16 rebounds a game in leading Luers to its second straight 2A state title, and was named first team All State and fourth team Parade All-American.
