Southern Wells Tops Heritage: Wayne, Harding, South, Luers, Columbia City, Huntington North Win

UNDATED (indiana's NewsCenter) - Drew Penrod threw a touchdown pass to Trevor Bowen and Tyler Roush raced 47 yards for another score to lead Southern Wells to a 12-7 win over Heritage Friday night.

Jordan Patterson ran for 164 yards and two touchdowns, while Tyrell Jones also scored twice in Wayne's 61-0 rout of Northrop.

Rod Smith raced for 213 yards and two touchdowns in leading Harding's 18-15 win over Concordia.

Greg Johnson ran for 134 yards and three touchdons and passed for a fourth, while John Easley scored twice on the ground in South Side's 43-0 romp past North Side for the Totem Pole.

Kenny Mullen scored three rushing touchdowns with 115 yards on the ground and added an 86 yard kickoff return for a touchdown as Bishop Luers ran past Elmhurst 46-13.

Stephen Farrer ran back a punt 74 yards for a touchdown and Logan Rahrer tallied on a one yard run in Columbia City's 17-11 win at Carroll.

David George ran for 165 yards in leading Huntington North's 22-12 win over Marion.
