Up Close: Phelps Part 1

Fort Wayne (incnow.tv)- Brandon Phelps signed a letter of intent to play baseball at IPFW on Wednesday but Phelps can also play some football.

The Snider quarterback has his team undefeated and playing for a trip to the 5A state title game this Friday against Merrillville.
