OSSIAN, Ind. (21 Alive) - Colts quarterback and former Norwell star Chandler Harnish is spending part of his month off before the start of training camp hosting a football camp for third through eighth graders.

With assistance from USA Football, former Norwell and Northern Illinois teammates and coaches, and current Norwell football players, Harnish is giving the kids instruction on football fundamentals and life.

Harnish says it is his way of giving back to the community that so strongly backed him as a young athlete and person.

Rain chased the camp inside on its first night Monday, but activity went on with drills inside the Norwell Junior High gym.
