IPFW Gets Split, Indiana Tech Sweep In College Baseball (VIDEO)

MACOMB, Ill. (21 Alive) - The IPFW baseball team came from behind in game one of its series finale with Western Illinois to win 7-6 in 10 innings but fell in game two 9-2.

Steve Lowden led the Mastodons at the plate, going 4-for-8 with two runs and an RBI. Carter DeBoe, Lucas Salerno, and Greg Kaiser all collected a pair of hits. Malcolm White led the ‘Dons with three RBI while Kaiser drove in two runs.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) – The Indiana Tech baseball team completed a four-game sweep of Cornerstone on senior day, winning 14-10 in game one before taking game two, 8-3 at Warriors Stadium on Saturday.

With the win, the Warriors improve to 27-19-1 overall and 17-8 in conference play while the Golden Eagles fall to 14-25 on the season and 3-19 in the WHAC.
