Komets Belted At Home Again

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - The Kalamazoo K-Wings poured in four first period goals and went on to drub the Komets 5-1 Friday night.

The K-Wings put three of their first seven shots past Marco Cousineau, driving him from the net, and they added two more off Charlie Effinger.

Thomas Beauregard averted a shutout of the Komets with his goal midway through the third period.

The K's return to action Saturday night against Cincinnati.
