Komets Go To ECHL All Star Break With Loss In Kalamazoo

LOS ANGELES (www.incnow.tv) - The Mad Ants, who built there recent eight game winnning streak on big finishes, saw things go the other way Saturday night in a 113-106 loss to the Los Angeles D-Fenders.

The K's spotted the K-Wings a 2-0 lead, then twice got back within a goal with first period scores from John Dunbar and Nick Wheeler.

But they could never pull even, as Kalamazoo shut them down defensively to hold on for the win.

The K's now break for a week for the ECHL All Star break, and return to action next Saturday night at Evansville.
