Komets Lose Again, Playoffs Grow More Remote (With Video)

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Danick Gauthier and Tyson Gimblett each had a pair of goals and the Florida Everblades swept their two games in Fort Wayne this weekend with a 6-2 win over the Komets Saturday night.

Florida built a 5-0 lead before the Komets got third period scores from Matt Syroczynski and Jeremy Gates to avert a shutout.

The loss kept the Komets nine points out of the final ECHL Eastern Conference playoff spot with just two games remaining in the regular season.
