Mad Ants Pummeled By Canton (VIDEO)

CANTON, Ohio (21 Alive) - The Canton built up at one point a 37 point lead on the Mad Ants en route to a 96-82 win over Fort Wayne on Sunday night.

The Charge outscored the Mad Ants 33-10 in the deciding second quarter, to build a 29 point halftime lead, which they would increase in the third quarter.

Tony Mitchell led Fort Wayne with 21 points, 17 of them in the fourth quarter when the Ants came back to make the final score a little more respectable.

Shane Edwards and Arinze Onuaku each had 17 for Canton.

The Mad Ants, now two and a half games off the lead of Canton in the NBA D League Eastern Division, host Sioux Falls on Wednesday night.
