Pieri Takes FWGA Northern Open

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Scott Pieri fired a final round even par 71 for a two shot win at the Fort Wayne Golf Association Norrthern Open at Deer Track.

The four time City Champ Pieri paired the 71 with the 66 he shot in the first round at Cedar Creek on Saturday for a final total of five under par 137.

Johnny Strawser, who started the day five shots of Pieri's pace in second place, shot a final round 68 to finish at 139.

Zack Ziembo, Justin Bell, and Drew Imel tied for third at 144.
