FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Kaleigh Schrock tallied all three Komet goals in regulation and then added another in the shootout in leading the K's to a 4-3 win over Greenville Saturday night.
The win allowed the Komets to remain ten points out of the final ECHL Eastern Conference playoff spot with seven games remaining.
Schrock scored twice in the first period and added his third goal in the second to help the Komets build a 3-1 lead.
Greenville would force extra time with two third period goals to tie it, but then Schrock and Jamie Milam got the job done with shootout goals while Jeff Deslauriers shut down all four Greenville shooters.
The Komets host Evansville on Sunday.
