TinCaps Outslug Loons

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Yeison Ascensio went five for five and drove in four runs to pace the TinCaps'12-7 win over Great Lakes Sunday.

Included in Asencio's big offensive day were a solo homer and a pair of doubles.

Jace Peterson belted a three run homer in the second inning,

Eight of the nine Fort Waynestarters had at least one hit, and five of those had at least two hits.

Dennis O'Grady moved his record to 4-0 with three solid relief innings.

The TinCaps will go for a three game series sweep of the Loons Monday night.
