SOUTH BEND (www.incnow.tv) - A wild pitch by the TinCaps' Chris Nunn allowed the tiebreaking run to score and helped the South Bend Silver Hawks to their 3-2 win over Fort Wayne Tuesday night.

The Caps mustered just two hits on the night with one of them, a broken batt bloop to right by Rodney Daal in the fifth inning, driving in the first run of the game.

A steal of home in the same inning by Corey Adamson upped the Fort Wayne lead to 2-0, but South Bend would rally with single runs in the fifth and sixth innings before notching the winning run in the eighth.

The two teams meet in the middle game of the three game series Wednesday at 1pm.
