ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Remember those missing plastic ducks from the scan duck race last month? Well, almost all of them have been "rescued" from the Saint Joe and Maumee Rivers.
More than 1,500 of them were turned in by people who found them with 300-more collected by SCAN staff members.
Strong current and high river levels are blamed for the mass escape in floating past the finish line for the annual fundraiser for Stop Child Abuse and Neglect.
Amy Monhollen was the winner of the 2010 Duck Hunt.
