Facebook Faced with $20M Class Action Suit

UNDATED (www.incnow.tv) – Millions share the settlement in a class action lawsuit against social media giant, Facebook.

Warning! If you got an email saying you're part of a class action lawsuit against Facebook, it's NOT a scam.

Forbes magazine reported that millions of Facebook users are eligible for a small share of a class action settlement against the company.

The lawsuit stems from Facebook's placing of users in sponsored story ads based on things they “Liked.”

Facebook settled the case for $20 million, but because of the number of users affected, the highest payout is only $10.
