KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN (www.incnow.tv) - A night after looking terrible in a home loss to Toledo a night earlier, the Komets rebounded with a 4-1 win at Kalamazoo Friday night.
Eric Giosa knocked home a pair of goals, one of them being a late empty netter, and the K's added two special team scores, a power play goal by Thomas Beauregard, and a shorthanded tally by Brett Smith.
The K's got a strong performance in goal from Kenny Reiter, who turns back 27 of 28 shots.
The Komets, in the midst of a stretch of eight games over eleven days, will host Elmira on Saturday night.
