State's De-funding of Planned Parenthood is a One-Two Punch

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A new state law de-funding Planned Parenthood of Indiana does something else, the agency lost their fundraising tax credit.

Representatives of Planned Parenthood says Indiana’s Housing and Community Development Authority rejected its application for a tax credit the group uses to leverage donations.

Planned Parenthood is challenging the law in federal court.
