FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - After a nearly perfect stretch of weather, things have changed today in a large way. We've been cloudy and cooler all day long, with temperatures mainly in the 50s. This wave of change will be brief, as starting tomorrow, the sun will be back and temperatures will jump back into the lower 70s. Thursday will be even warmer, with afternoon highs near 80. Thursday will bring the beginning of the next wave of change as showers and thunderstorms return to the region. Lingering showers will be with us Friday and as they leave will we see a much bigger and more sustained cool down. Highs for the weekend will only be in the 50s..
