Today I was intrigued by going to a site to receive a complimentary ringtone for my cell phone. I was sent to my phone a pin number that I was to enter and then click submit. I wanted to read the terms and conditions before I clicked but they were not available to me unless I clicked the continue button. So I clicked the continue button in order to read these conditions but then to my knowledge I was charged $9.99 for a ringtone that was suppose to be complimentary or even find out what the terms and conditions were unless I clicked continue. Cell phone users please beware of this scam and watch your children with this because I found out that it is non-fundable and still never received the terms and conditions.
