Traffic was backed up on southbound Interstate 69 near exit 59 today around 4:00pm.

These pictures were taken from the Starbucks location at the Gas City exit around 4:30pm. Motorists were reporting that there were as many at 9 accidents and were asking directions to bypass the backed up sections of I-69.
