Driving from Paulding, OH to Woodburn on Ohio 111 I saw this fnnel cloud forming off to the south. I had encountered heavy rain driving from Defiance and then clearing as I neared Paulding. This was the leading edge of a line of severe storms that later triggered a tornado warning for Woodburn. As that warning sounded, I headed to the Woodburn fire station, where I was directed to a nearby American Legion Hall to take shelter in the basement until the warning expired.
