Katelynn Ritter was crowned Little Miss Steuben County 2011 Wednesday July 20th at the Steuben County 4-H fair! Her family and friends could not be anymore proud of her! We were sweating the competition (literally with a heat index of 104 that afternoon!) Needless to say Katelynn was absolutely THRILLED!!!
