My brother-in-law and I were driving home from church on Washington heading downtown. We saw a massive plume of smoke at around 12:10 and decided to drive towards it. It was literally only five or so blocks from where I live. We got right up next to the fire. We were standing in the cemetery right across the street. Then, a fireman told us we had to move back because the air was not safe to breathe. As we were walking away, they announced on the loud speaker that anyone who did not leave would be arrested. It was kind of funny. Not the fire, but the announcement. :-)
