Walt Hessler has been taking the plunge for approximately 5 years now. He hasn't always had the biggest crowd, but to him thats not what matters. It is simply the thrill of jumping in that freezing cold water that keeps him doing it every year. This year he was joined by neighbors on the lake and a couple other family friends from Fort Wayne. Total there were 6 people who took the plunge, Walt Hessler, Kent and Renee Anderson, Erica Rice, Kelly Christman, and Rusty Knickrehm. The bystanders thought we were nuts, but some say they want to join in the fun next year. It was FREEZING, but it was an AWESOME way to start 2012!!
