Black Pine Animal Sanctuary wants you and your Valentine to join them for their annual Cats 'n' Cocoa wintertime fun on Saturday, February 11 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Keepers will be on hand all day to introduce you to the resident lions, tigers, bears, cougars, bobcats, deer, llamas, ostrich, reptiles, and many more animal residents. Black Pine is a non-profit exotic animal sanctuary that does not buy, sell, breed, trade animals. This volunteer organization exists to provide permanent refuge to displaced, captive-raised exotic "pets" for the REST of their lives!
Cats 'n' Cocoa is one of two winter events held to help raise funds to cover the costs of animal care, including feed, bedding, heat, vet care, and more.
For more information visit http://www.blackpine.org/cocoa. A minimum donation of $7 will be requested for entry to this event. If weather is inclement, please check the sanctuary's web site and/or call (260) 636-7383 for weather-related updates.
