Here are some of my family photos from the Blizzard of '78. We lived out by Franke Park and Sherman was just a snow-covered path. We all walked up to "Roger's" for groceries, pulling sleds and played on the huge mounds of snow. (I was 14 yrs. old at the time!)

we lived in ashley in during the 1978 blizzard we was in the house for two weeks could not get out our door snow was up to second stery window bought food to us on snow moblis

I remember that so well....I was 12 years old. Never want to see that much snow again in my life time!
