My husband & I were driving by Sams Club on Lima Road (south) and noticed a man hovering over a body lying on the ground between Taco Bell & Sams Club exit/merge lane (north). He was taking photos of the man on the ground along with a smashed up bicycle. My husband told me, "We have to help. We have to stop and help." And we did. I called 911 and by that time other patrons were stopping and getting out of their cars. Although we did not see the actual "hit" take place, we were there seconds after it had happened. The guy in the white pants with the badge around his neck (with dark blue truck) seemed confused. The person on the ground did not move, but had hands on top of his head. This happened around 4:45pm. The paramedics, police officers, and fire fighters were there shortly after. SOFIO-SHAFFER

All that matters is that everyone is okay. It doesn't hurt to take photos of a scene. A bunch of people called 911 btw.

To clarify what you saw, I was dialing 911, not taking pictures of the guy on the ground.
