Noticed 5 police cars down the street this morning about 8:25 am. They were talking to the teenagers and young adults that seem to stand out and loiter all day long in their front yard. Another neighbor said she saw a heavy concentration of police cars at another house that seems to have young people sitting out drinking beers all the time in their front lawn. These are houses that look like rentals in a neighborhood that's mostly owned.
