A "RARE" sighting of an American Bald Eagle was seen on December 23rd 2012 @/Lakewood Park in Waynedale @/12:48pm.
We have lived on the lake for over twenty years and this is the first time we have ever seen one! A "RARE" sight indeed.

I didn't get a picture, but I saw one flying around the coliseum on 1/3/13. It even perched on a tree right out front for a few minutes.
