Does any know what causes this? It happened after an afternoon of tornadoes and thunderstorms.

This same thing happened sat aug 2010. This has been a storm in the afternoon, windy rain, did not see hail then all stopped and became quiet and the sky was yellow and all glowed yellow, very interesting peacefull, strange and no tornados. Sun?
