My boss's daughter recently received this letter rewarding her hard work and dedication to the community. We are SO VERY PROUD OF HER!! After seeing all the youth violence on the news, this is EXTREMELY REFRESHING to show there are some great role models out there for the younger generation.

Dear Miss Stezel,

I am proud to inform you that you have been awarded the American Red Cross of
Northeast Indiana Youth Humanitarian of the Year Award. This award recognizes an

helping to improve the welfare and alleviate the suffering of others by tutoring children
to increase their literacy levels. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement.
Before we celebrate this achievement in grand fashion by hosting a luncheon in your
honor, I would like to personally meet with you to discuss the details of the celebration
event with you and your family.
A luncheon has been planned to honor you and Mr. Keith Busse, Chairman, Board of
Directors of Steel Dynamics, Inc. for Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 11:15am to 1:30pm,
