The Rockford Ohio Police Department located in Northwest Ohio is saving big when it comes to gas consumption, without having to cut back on patrols due to skyrocketing gas prices. In speaking with the Village of Rockford Chief of Police, Paul May, he states the department was using 8 gallons a day previously for the cruisers. Since adding the "Police Cart" consumption has dropped to 11 gallons total in the last two weeks
