The rain only made it better here in Fort Wayne during this morning's 40th Three Rivers Festival Parade. Thousands of anxious people lined downtown Berry Street with lawnchairs, towels, and umbrellas waiting Mother Nature to start off the parade. A total of nearly 140 sponsored floats, vehicles, and bands arrived eager to wow the crowd during the rainy parade.
