Percy & Wanita Cooper have lived in Steuben County all of their lives. They have so many stories to share with all of their friends at Dave's Lake Shack. They come everyday for breakfast and lunch at the Shack.
They have 2 daughters, Barbara & Virginia.
Percy went to Dr. yesterday and said he is good for another 6 months. They are full of humor and positive outlooks in their life. The Shack and all of their friends and relatives want to wish them a Very Happy 74th Anniversary!
