Pie in the Face for United Way

Internatiion Business College's Student Senate raised nearly $700 in cash and goods for the United Way Day of Caring by sponsoring a Pie-in-the-Face Contest.

Although two contestants were close, the Dean of Admissions, Steve Kinzer, won in the end; raising nearly $200 from people who wanted to see him hit with a pie.

Corporate Sponsors Wal-Mart, Carlos O'Kelly's and Caroline's Unique Gifts contributed $50 or more to help the effort.

United Way, and the children of Allen County benefited; they received over 40 backpacks filled with schools supplies, and United Way received cash and gift cards to distribute.

Congratulations to all who helped during the Day of Caring - and special thanks to the winner - Steve Kinzer.
