The stars were in alignment for the 2008 Three Rivers Festival Parade. A rare sight obviously influenced by cosmic intervention, indeed, as presumably for the first time in history, a youth choir, Civil War re-enactment soldiers and an exuberant dancer were caught on film at the same time. ..oh, and INC's own Jennifer Blomquist as well. :)

(The choir was the Voices of Unity Youth Choir.)
