A neighbor of mine has not mowed his lawn for over 2 years, he has miscellaneous junk in his front and back yard. I have seen ground hogs and other varmints running back and forth between his yard and his other neighbor's yard. Huntertown Town Hall says that, legally, there is nothing they can do. I think u must have the wrong person, neighbor. I haven't had a tree limb cut down in my yard. And if u feel that u have that selfish of neighbors, then why not just talk to them and see what resolution u all can come to. Its better than name callin

its not his fault ur selling ur house in a bad market, and also, him, myself and ur other neighbor just cut up the limb in ur back yard that fell from ur tree thats infested with termites, thanks........u are truly selfish

Do these people not understand that they take the property value of alot of homes down? I just tried to sell my home and the realtor just explained that it had to do with these homes that I can't get what I should. No one wants to buy near scrap yard

If everybody could pay attention to there own problems this world could be alot better. Times are tuff enough without having to worry about what other people think. Are we still in high school or are we adults trying to do are best with what we have.

When everyone in Huntertown is perfect, and all of their houses are in perfect order, then they can start talking about all of the others. Neighbors need to get their facts straight or keep their mouths shut instead of gossiping and spreading lies.

i had neighbors complaining about my property, and they told me if i didnt clean it up i should move. i think as soon as they pay my house payment they can tell me what to do. And that was just over plastic kids toys in the yard!!!! leave him alone!!

I live across the street of "your neighbor", and hes not bad, 2nd, that picture was taken after he collected scrap for money, and it was cleaned up 2 days later, third, the cops were called on u for dumping trash in his backyard, whos the bad neigbor

WELL HUNTERTOWN COULD ADOPT FORT WAYNE'S MINIMUM HOUSING STANDARDS BUT THEN THEY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE ENFORCE THESE NEW ORDINANCES. NEW HAVEN HAS JUST ADDED CODE ENFORCEMENT. ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME.UNTIL THEN GO OVER AND HELP CLEAN UP GOODLK

What a mess. Where is thier self pride? There should be a law or limit to the amount of junk you are allowed to have on your property. Besides it is not just the backyard but the front too. Why have such a mess when there is a day to put out trash?

If you ever see these houses you would you agree with the neighbors. The lifestyle that those people are living is sick especially since children live there. One owner had C.P.S. at their home due to how unclean they were. Its not just the outside!

You are only showing the back of the house from the front the house is not an eye sore. That house is one of the orginal houses ever built in huntertown plus it is close to farm fields, your gonna see groundhogs and varmites

Sure, it looks a little untidy, but you have to realize you are not living in Sycamore Hills here.. It looks like the scrap is all loaded up on a trailer ready to go! I've seen much worse, that's nothing that couldn't be cleaned up in half an hour.
