I'm Paige Kagin. I've lived in West Central for the last 7 years. I have a twin sister who lives a block away from me, her name is Stacy Flye. We have enjoyed many walks around the neighborhood. One of the star attractions of our community is the annual House and Garden Tour every September. Stacy and I have been a part of the artists presentation and have been making jewelry for the last 6 years! Our hearts are for our community and that is best displayed with a smile and "hello".
