It was Thanksgiving 2001, just a few weeks after 9/11. Our family was fortunate to have many members present, even from as far away as Alaska. Our aunt, Carolyn Colpetzer, got everyone a patriotic t-shirt to wear to commemorate the occasion and to show our love of country as well as our love of family. This is a Thanksgiving memory I truly cherish.
