I just bought an adapter to hook my digital camera up to a spotting scope, which I borrowed from a friend, Tim Ackermann, who was on his way over from Maples with his new camera, there were a couple vehicles setting along Franke Rd and some folks standing, looking out in the field, so Tim stop to check on them and there was a man that drove 3 1/2 hrs. from east of Columbus Oh. to take pictures of this owl with a spotting scope and camera. (he might have mentioned he was a birdwatcher.) So Tim handed the guy his, and he took a couple shots with it , (hey you did say detailed as possible, right)? Well Tim came over and we hooked the adapter to his cam got it set up and went back out to check on the owl and he was still there so we took a few shots.
