The ice storm caused alot of tension at my Monroeville household. Surrounded by trees we watched as our property was littered with branches splitting and splintering off our trees, but the sound was nerve racking. Like some kind of small nuclear explosion we waited for each branch that fell to cause an unearthly cracking sound. We cringed, waiting for our roof to cave in and it hasn't stopped yet! So much for spring tree trimming :)
