Parking lot full of power repair trucks

Rows and rows of electricity repair trucks were parked in the local Stellhorn Rd. Walmart parking lot on 12/22/2008 around 11pm. The reason is unclear although one might speculate they were staging for other crews brought in or possibly they were parking them there for the night.
