This cars wheel was stuck into the pavement, and the back of the vehicle was up in the air. We arrived shortly after this happend. All I had was my cell phone , it was still dark out, about 7:15 am driving trough Washington Square Plaza parking lot. What a sight! Water was all over the lot..

I know the people this happened to-not idiots. The hole was hidden by water. They had no way of knowing that there was a hole under the puddle of water. The hole was about 10' by 5'. They were driving home from work, when the car went into the hole.
