Sitting at home happy that the storm was over and our house in fort Wayne Indiana was okay, we received a phone call from our property manager up at Shady Haven Resorts in Wolfe Lake right outside Columbia City. He informed us that we did not get so lucky and a tree had fell on our place. We were completely shocked, considering that we had just went up there yesterday to look around and considered staying the night. We took off right away to asses the damages. We were shocked to see that the tree was completely uprooted and landed on our bedroom of the trailer. Looking at the damage we were happy that we didnt stay the night cause that could have been a very tragic seen for our two families that share this place. We will have to wait and see what we can salvage from this disaster
