My husband and I were driving on Engle Rd when to our left we spotted a blue truck almost completely submerged in the water. This is just before Smith Rd.

This is why we put up barricades. I can't tell you how many residents I've had to rescue from driving through flood waters then look at me like im the stupid one. DUH the barricades are there for a reason!!!

Dang, I think that was my friend Matthews truck, he told me he almost drowned and had to swim to land..
