My name is Vicki and I am suffering from this recession terribly. I lost my job and the very next week my husband lost his. We have just moved into a new and less expensive apartment to fit our needs and have found ourselves unable to pay the rent (how bad does that look after only being in there one month) To support us I cook food(fish dinners) on Fridays and we are trying desperately to open our own place so we can at least be able to recycle our profits and not have to always pay out hired help. The main problem is securing a place while taking care of our monthly expenses such as eating, gas, rent, utilities and other things we need to live on for the here and now. If I could just set up a place and start, I have people who love my food but nowhere to cook at. Only if... this is what I always say. I go to school and work now but that is so minimal that for now between myself and my husband we make the rent but struggle immensely to keep our heads above water. I worry all the time and just need one helping hand and I know I will be able to get over that hill.I hope someone will hear me and understand me.
