I was on my way home from Chicago, Sunday 4-19-09 when I saw this man walking along US 30. I stopped...asked if I could take his picture & found out he is planning to walk to Washington D.C. This is the last day he will have an "escort vehicle" until next Sunday, so he will be walking solo until then. If you see Chad, please stop, say "hello"...I'm sure he would enjoy some company for the next few days.
