Bear Moves to Black Pine Animal Park

This female black bear has suffered from an abusive home where she was used to help train dogs to hunt bear. Recently her primary caregiver took a job outside the country, and she was not getting proper care. She is partially blind, has few teeth, and suffers from a deformed foot. Black Pine Animal Park adopted her at the request of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources to ensure she has a permanent home where she can receive the care she needs. The video depicts the transport of her to Black Pine. Now she, and others, will await construction of a new, larger habitat. If you would like to help, donate today!
